Policies

When you arrive at the Majestic Beach Resort, you will enter the parking garage across the street. The security guards will give you a temporary parking pass. There is an unloading zone on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. You are encourage to use the luggage carts located there. You must leave them an ID when picking up a cart. The condo is located in Tower 1 (the bigger tower). Do not take your cart into the condo, please. Once unloaded, fill out your parking pass, return the cart and pull your car into a parking spot. There are several RESERVED parking spots. Do not park in these as you WILL be towed.

Wristbands must be left on counter prior to checkout. $15 replacement fee for missing wristbands.

Payment must be made by Zelle, personal check, or Venmo.
Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. If I am able to re-book, I will gladly refund your reservation less the credit card fees, if applicable.
