Bring your boat and enjoy all that Lewis Smith Lake has to offer! Located adjacent to Smith Lake Park, the 5 lane boat ramp is within walking distance. Enjoy privacy without sacrificing location! Work from home with high speed internet! After a day on the lake you will enjoy this unique property with a large yard to enjoy campfires, yard games (badminton....) and places to spread out and relax! Sit in a hammock and enjoy a book or take a walk through Smith Lake Park. So many opportunities for fun!

Suitability

Child friendly
We welcome children and provide lots of child friendly games and activities. However, there is a loft that we ask you to keep your children off of. The bunkroom downstairs is set up for kids! We do have a highchair and a mini-crib with sheets. We ask that you wash the crib sheets prior to departure if you use them.

Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. If I am able to re-book, I will gladly refund your reservation less the credit card fees, if applicable.
